STYLE 2

Following on from the Style 1, the Style 2 was introduced around 1914 with production ceasing in 1920. This engine was almost identical to the Style 1 engines apart from the governing mechansm which was now of a throttle type rather than 'hit & miss'. Also, a change in magneto type to a Thomson-Bennett unit was also evident at this time. Currently no preserved Style 2 photos are available as these engines are very scarce.
